In the official municipal bulletin, the Chemin de fer de Ceinture appears mainly through its points of contact with the road network. In July 1894, the Council examined an additional contribution from the City toward removing the line's level crossings, between the Charonne tunnel and the Seine; Mr Vauthier spoke on the matter. In March 1923, a deliberation concerned covering the line on rues Sorbier and de la Bidassoa, with a view to laying out a square, for a sum in francs. In April 1932, Mr Lajarrige drew the Administration's attention to the bridges carrying the line over rues de Cambrai and de Flandre. Over nearly forty years, the line thus came up in session less for its traffic than for its crossings with the street: level crossings, covering, bridges.
